Q:  How long will it take to receive my products?

A:  We use UPS Ground, which takes between 1-5 business days.  Please allow 2-5 additional business days for processing. 

Q:  Why do I have to enter my full name when I only want my initials?

A:  With most of our font styles, the last name initial is in the center.  Entering your full name allows us to put your initials in the correct order. It is confusing for us if you enter "CSM" or "CMS" for Constance Marie Smith.  Since it is not possible for you to return a personalized product if it is incorrect through no fault of our own, entering the full name allows us to monogram or personalize your product with certainty.

Q:  How do I know what button style to choose from?

A:  At this time, the only option you have is to go back to the main products page ("Buttons") and take a look at the pictures of all of the buttons.  For shoes, you may click on "Shoe Patterns," located in the left navigation menu.

Q:  How much will I pay for shipping?
